Aiming at the bottom of the beam suspension hoisting equipment on the bridge at the bottom of the two parallel guide rail is double hydraulic cylinder synchronous movement of the problem, put forward the push-pull cylinder hydraulic control system, established the AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic control system, based on the traditional “master-slave mode”, by studying the regulation of proportional valve open mouths size, To control the flow rate in the hydraulic system; The accumulator as an auxiliary power source provides a certain flow of hydraulic oil to the driven cylinder to achieve the synchronization effect of the master and slave cylinders. The simulation results show that the hydraulic system overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional synchronous hydraulic system, such as long adjustment time and poor dynamic performance. When the flow rate of the two proportional valves is 8L/min and 11L/min respectively, and the accumulator pressure is 128bar, the forward pull cylinder and the back push cylinder can reach out and withdraw simultaneously.
