Change Detection Methods for Images Captured by Stationary Camera’s

Sending all data captured by IoT objects to the cloud for processing overloads the network and increases the response time. One solution for stationary objects where data captured successively is similar, is to detect the changes occurring between one data capture and the next one then send it to the cloud. In this paper we present and compare methods that can be used to detect changes in the context of stationary cameras transmitting data for processing.
