Abstract
以柠檬酸和硫脲为原料,用水热法合成了具有荧光性能的氮硫共掺杂石墨烯量子点(NS-GQDs),并对其进行了表征.单链DNA(ssDNA)可通过p-p堆叠作用吸附在NS-GQDs表面,导致荧光信号降低,以Fe2+为辅助因子时,博莱霉素能够不可逆地切割ssDNA,荧光信号恢复.基于以上原理,开发了检测博莱霉素的荧光传感器.方法的线性范围为1.8~1200nmol/L,检出限为0.25 nmol/L.应用于人体血清样品中博莱霉素的含量检测,结果满意.
