Power System Risk Assessment System considering Regional Power Market Transaction

The comprehensive advancement of the new round of power system reform will have a lot of impact on the power system, mainly considering the impact of frequent regional power market transactions on power system risk assessment. Firstly, a demand response model of active load-rate closed-loop feedback is constructed. Secondly, under the condition of real-time electricity price fluctuation and different regional power market trading scenarios, a comprehensive risk assessment index system is constructed, and on this basis, a risk assessment process for adapting to the new power system reform is proposed. Finally, the Latin hypercube sampling method is used to conduct a risk assessment of the possible operating state of the power system. The simulation results of the actual case show that the new power constitution reform will increase the system operation risk, and the active load-electric price closed-loop feedback will improve the system's risk level, and verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
