Using Certainty Factor for Symptoms Diagnosis of Thyroid Disorders

Therefore, the right system for the diagnosis of thyroid disorders is an expert system. Expert systems can replace the role of experts in a particular field, in this case, medical personnel who play a role in the diagnosis of a disease. The expert system tries to make a design according to the symptoms of body diseases that lead to thyroid disorders. This expert system used the certainty factor method, which categorized some thyroid disorders and the confidence level of each disease category. This design is in the form of a framework and can be developed further to be implemented for patients.
