摘要

•Fisetin chelated silver nanoparticles into chitosan/pullulan film (FT-AgNPs/CP) is constructed.•FT-AgNPs/CP presents enhanced tensile strength and water vapor permeability.•The ROS level of the Aspergillus Niger cells treated with FT-AgNPs/CP is significantly increased.•FT-AgNPs/CP effectively slows down the decay of litchi fruit at 25 °C.
