Evaluation of IT Human Resources Management: A Case Study of Banking Industry in Indonesia

Human resources management is critical in the organization. Manpower related cost can contribute 40% - 70% to overall operational cost. However, studies related to human factor are not as much as technical study and some organizations did not focus on managing human resources process as a part of the IT implementation process. In this study, the maturity level of the human resources process on Bank XYZ which assessed using COBIT 2019 reference, showing most of the managed human resources process already achieving the purpose, well defined, and already measured quantitatively. To improve IT human resources process especially on planning and tracking of IT and business manpower usage, Bank can enhance their workforce planning process through system implementation.
