Influence of heat source parameters on airborne evaporative cycle system performance

The heat source of the airborne evaporative cycle system is used to simulate the heat dissipation of electronic equipment, which is the object of the work of the evaporative cycle system. In this paper, an airborne evaporative cycle system is built, and R134a is used as the working medium. The influences of the heat source temperature and flow rate on the system performance are investigated, and an evaporator simulation calculation model is established based on the experimental data. The results show that, with the increase of heat source inlet temperature, the compressor inlet superheat and the heat source outlet temperature increase significantly; with the increase of heat source flow rate, the refrigerant superheat and the heat source outlet temperature increases significantly. The deviation between simulation calculation and test results is less than 6%.
