Abstract
Endoscopic management for patients with low-grade upper tract urothelial carcinoma had comparable survival outcomes to those with radical nephroureterectomy. However, the higher upper tract recurrence rate after endoscopic management results in long-term surveillance and repeated interventions, increasing the cumulative risk of complications.
