To the Editor: Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) and drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) are morbilliform reaction patterns, and although they are generally distinct, they may overlap clinically. Herein, we evaluate potential demographic, drug, and laboratory associations influencing the phenotypic shift between these reaction patterns.
