Noninfectious Pulmonary Complications after Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

•The incidence of noninfectious pulmonary complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has decreased with the adoption of reduced or nonmyeloablative conditioning.•Noninfectious pulmonary complications include idiopathic pneumonia syndrome, bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome, cryptogenic organizing pneumonia, and others.•Novel therapies are increasingly emerging and improving outcomes for those with noninfectious pulmonary complications.
