Abstract
Aiming at the contradiction between precision, power consumption and real-time performance of the inclination monitoring microsystem, and according to the engineering characteristics of slow deformation and accelerated deformation of creep landslide, a triggered inclination monitoring microsystem based on double MEMS accelerometers is proposed in this paper. The system can use the high-precision MEMS accelerometer to monitor periodically, so as to realize the trend monitoring of geological disasters. It can also use the low-precision MEMS accelerometer to trigger monitoring, so as to achieve imminent early warning of geological disasters. The results show that the proposed microsystem has an accuracy of ±0.02° in the range of ±30°. The power consumption current of the periodic monitoring process is about 0.01mA. After the triggering monitoring process meets the threshold condition, the response time is less than 1s.
