摘要
•A multi-objective mathematical model for the scheduling problem considering energy consumption of an electroplating system from a PCB manufacturing enterprise is presented.•The realistic constraint of material handling devices is considered in the multi objective flexible flow shop problem.•A novel HPSMO algorithm which integrates the original SMO with some steps of genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.•End result indicates the proposed HPSMO algorithm outperforms other comparison algorithms.
