Abstract
Primary bilateral macronodular adrenal hyperplasia (PBMAH) is often associated with symptoms of cortisol excess, which may include neuropsychological symp-toms. We report a patient with PBMAH who presented with manic symptoms that resolved following unilateral adrenalectomy.
