摘要
•We previously reported that mGluR7 knockout (KO) mice exhibit ejaculatory disorders.•Administration of antagonist indicates mGluR7 regulates ejaculation at spinal level.•In the present study, we eliminated the influence of the brain by spinal transection.•Ejaculatory responses of spinalized mGluR7 KO were stronger than those of wild-types.•mGluR7 might control ejaculation by multi-level and multi-modal mechanisms.
