Synthesis, characterization and anti HIV1 screening of some novel clubbed benzimidazole derivatives

A humble and a competent technique was improved in production of novel substituted benzimidazole derivatives by the condensation of various diamines with 2-amino-benzoic acid and many substituted benzoyl chloride reactions have demonstrated the benefits of classical reactions; convenient operation, and good yields. Finally, it has treated with phosphorous pentachloride and sodiumazide reaction to yield benzimidazole clubbed with tetrazole moiety compounds which were established by an Elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectra and screening of various biological studies also recorded.
