Quality Assessment for Selected Primary Studies in a Systematic Literature Review: A Case Study

This paper describes the importance of evaluating the quality of the primary studies selected in a systematic literature review in the context of Software Engineering; the main criteria for quality evaluation are analyzed and the general procedure for this evaluation is presented. The evaluation is illustrated by a case study; additionally, the correlation between the variables selected in the study is explored.
