Interactive Media Art by Applying Depth Sensing

Recent developments in depth sensing devices have enabled real-time communication between viewers and works of art in interactive media art. In other words, the use of depth sensing devices has greatly contributed to deepening the relationship between viewers and works. In this research, it was proposed to create an interactive media art work based on human body position measurement and biological signal measurement using RealSense, Intel's depth camera. In addition, the author actually created an installation art work and examined the possibility of new expression through depth sensing.
