摘要

The intercalation of [Cr(C2O4)3]3- strengthens the dynamic reconstruction of electronic configuration on NiFe LDHs surface which induces the formation of Ni3+ active species and dynamic accumulation of Ni3+(Fe)OOH during OER process, finally enhancing water oxidation property.
