摘要
A bacterium named BCL-Z09 was isolated from soil and identified as Bacillus wiedmannii, which could efficiently degrade imidacloprid. The strain BCL-Z09 was highly resistant to imidacloprid and could tolerate imidacloprid at a level of not less than 1500 mg/L. The degradation rate of imidacloprid (the initial concentration was 100 mg/L) by strain BCL-Z09 in inorganic salt medium could reach 87.2% in 3 days. It had been found that biochar or fresh soil could promote the degradation of imidacloprid by strain BCL-Z09.The experimental data also indicated that it was feasible to degrade imidacloprid in the soil by applying BCL-Z09. In addition, the strain BCL-Z09 could effectively degrade some other neonicotinoid pesticides, such as acetaniprid and thiamethoxam. Therefore, it was considered that strain BCL-Z09 could be used for bioremediation of imidacloprid pollution or other neonicotinoid pesticides pollution.
