Experimental research and theoretical analysis on blasting fragmentation of concrete structural system using piezoelectric smart sensors

To study the distribution law of blasting fragmentation in the process of directional blasting demolition of concrete structure, a new method of the joint measurement method of mini-blasting I-type vibration meter and piezoelectric smart sensors was used to monitor the blasting load failure test of 30 specimens. Considering the influence of low frequency and high frequency in the measured signal, a smart damage determination method based on wavelet packet energy theory is established. The results show that the effects of concrete strength, blasting constraint face and water environment on blasting fragmentation distribution in the process of directional blasting demolition of concrete structures cannot be ignored. Under the saturated water environment, the dust pollution threshold of high-strength concrete structure is close to 5%, and the dust pollution threshold of low strength concrete structure is close to 6%. The joint measurement method of mini-blasting I-type vibration meter and piezoelectric smart sensors is feasible. In the analysis of blasting fragmentation, the quantitative analysis method of smart damage judgment based on wavelet packet energy theory is a practical new method of quantitative analysis of blasting fragmentation.
