Abstract
•A cytomembrane bionic hydrothermal nanocarbon is developed for natural drug screening.•This nanoplatform is formed by the HTC onto Fe3O4 and amidation with cytomembrane.•The CM-MHCNs have excellent recognition ability, activity stability and reusability.•Two novel potential anti-osteoporosis compounds are discovered via the platform.
