摘要
•Polyphenols rich extracts from B. forficata were nanoencapsulated by spray drying.•The bioactive compounds of extracts were characterized by HPLC-PDA-ESI-IT-MS.•In vitro bioacessibility of bioactive compounds was evaluated.•Nanoencapsulated extracts after digestion maintained antioxidant activity.•Nanoencapsulated extracts are promisor candidate for nutraceuticals applications.
