摘要
Many control techniques have been established to maximize the regulating of process plants in this present world due to the expanding research activity in process control. Chemical reactor dynamics can exhibit significantly nonlinear behavior due to the impact of temperature change on the reactor reaction rate. Depending on parameters, as the reaction rate increases, so will the reactor temperature. The temperature of the reactor varies dramatically if the reaction is exothermic. There are two operating modes are available (i) continuous mode, (ii) batch mode. The Adaptive Controller (MRAC) and Internal Model Controller (IMC) the design methodologies are described in this study. In this paper, the Internal Model Control and Model Reference adaptive control are utilized to analyse the performance of the jacketed CSTR process. The findings of the simulation were compared to those of classical PID control.
