Abstract
探讨基于GROW模型的科研创新能力培养在中外合作办学护理本科生中的应用效果.以中外合作办学2016届护理本科生为对照组、2017届学生为研究组,分别采用高校常规科研创新培养模式和基于GROW模型科研创新能力培养模式.比较两组在校期间科研创新状况、能力及培养满意度.结果显示:2017届学生科研创新状况、能力,培养满意度均优于2016届,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究表明:该模式有利于提升中外合作办学护理本科生科研兴趣以及科研创新能力.
