Abstract
The fault diagnosis method for the looseness of high-voltage shunt reactor based on vibration sensor array uses the vibration signal of the reactor tank to diagnose the looseness of the iron core, which avoids the difficulty of selecting the measuring point based on the single-point vibration signal analysis method and makes the measuring data more stable. This paper introduces the axial vibration mechanism of the shunt reactor core based on the mass-spring model, and analyzes the axial vibration characteristics of the core. A vibration test platform for high-voltage shunt reactors based on vibration sensor array is built, and a test plan for the vibration form of high-voltage shunt reactor fuel tanks was established. Influence on fundamental frequency vibration pattern of high voltage shunt reactor fuel tank surface. Referring to the texture feature extraction method in image morphology, a feature extraction algorithm based on vibration intensity co-occurrence matrix is proposed. Taking a 10kV three-phase model shunt reactor with a loose core as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified.
