摘要

•Metal-organic framework NH2−MIL101 shows good affinity toward bile acids (BAs).•A core-shell NH2−MIL101@mSiO2 based solid-phase microextraction (SPME) probe was design.•The home-made probe shows satisfactory extraction performance and good biocompatibility.•The differences in BA composition in pancreatic cancer patients and cholelithiasis patients were found.
