Nanoradiosensitzers: Preparation, Characterization and Their Performance

Nanoradiosensitizers are attracting great interest of scientific community due to their therapeutic benefits for the treatment of malignant tumors. This book chapter is organized into three major parts. Firstly, it covers an introduction of nanoradiosensitizers and related biological processes. In second part, detail of synthesis approaches of various nanoradiosensitizers is discussed. The last part is focused on their characterization and highlights their application and performance in radiotherapy.
