摘要
•A longitudinal bundle of actin cables labeled by Lifeact::GFP localizes to a single face of C. graminicola macroconidia.•A longitudinal strip of lectin-binding material on a single face of the conidia colocalizes with the actin cables.•The lectin-binding strip is adhesive, as conidia can be induced to adhere by flipping them onto the lectin-bound face and removal of the strip by enzymatic treatment prevents adhesion.
