Design of Parallel Light Tube Optical System for Collimation System of White-light Zero Position Instrument

摘要
Aiming at the design problem of parallel light tube optical system in the collimation system of high precision white light nullimeter, a parallel optical tube system for the collimation system of white light nullimeter is designed based on the design idea of Newton reflection telescope. The parallel optical tube system is designed based on off-axis Newton reflective structure. The effective aperture D is 150 mm, the focal length is 1500 mm, and the off-axis amount is 200 mm. The simulation experiment of the designed parallel optical tube system is carried out by ZEMAX software. When the Nyquist frequency is set to 50 lp/mm, the MTF values of the parallel optical tube system in the four fields of 0°, 0.01°, 0.02° and 0.03° are all greater than 0.3, and the MTF value in the 0° field of view is about 0.6445, and the deflection angle of the emitted parallel light is about 0.02°, which meets the design requirements of the white light aiming mirror zero position instrument collimation system.
