Abstract
Antimüllerian hormone (AMH) level is a well-established quantitative marker of ovarian reserve. However, some studies have shown that low AMH may be associated with increased risk of miscarriage, suggesting that AMH could be associated with oocyte and embryo quality. The objective of this study was to assess the association between AMH level and aneuploidy in miscarriages after undergoing embryo transfer to determine whether AMH may be associated with embryonic aneuploidy.
