Abstract
白鹤滩水轮机蜗壳制作材料采用800 MPa级高强钢,具有外形尺寸巨大且具备不同厚度焊接接头的结构特点.将超声波衍射时差法(TOFD)检测技术应用于1000 MW级混流式水轮机组的蜗壳纵向焊缝检测中,有利于提高焊缝缺欠检出率,不仅提高了检测效率,改善了工作环境,而且还大幅度的缩短了工期并减少了相关传统无损检测方法的风险等.
