肉羊屠宰场沙门菌的分离鉴定及其生物膜形成能力测定

Abstract
参照国家标准GB 4789.4—2016,结合PCR方法分离鉴定沙门菌,并通过测定沙门菌的吸光度对其生物膜的形成能力进行探究.从新疆某羊肉屠宰场1389份样品中分离鉴定出54株沙门菌,污染率为3.89％.沙门菌分离株在37℃条件下培养,72 h成膜能力极显著高于48(P<0.001)、24 h(P<0.001),48 h成膜能力显著高于24 h(P<0.01).在72 h条件下,25℃培养成膜能力极显著高于37(P<0.001)、4℃(P<0.001),37℃和4℃成膜能力差异不显著(P>0.05).沙门菌分离株经37℃培养,随培养时间的增加生物膜形成能力逐渐增强.该结果可为羊肉沙门菌防控提供科学参考.
