针对某钢厂生产的双相钢HC550/980DP屈服强度(RP0.2)波动较大问题,利用六西格玛管理方法对问题痛点进行了定义—测量—分析—提升—控制(DMAIC)的全流程分析,找出生产过程中的关键影响因素,并对关键因素进行工艺优化,从而提升产品的性能稳定性.
