蛭石协效阻燃PC组合物的研究

Abstract
采用磷腈作为PC的无卤阻燃剂,对比加入不同比例蛭石对组合物时,对材料力学、阻燃性能、热性能的影响.着重考察了蛭石的添加量对材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察蛭石在树脂中的分布情况,分析并探索了磷腈在合金内的阻燃机理.结果表明:当蛭石含量为5份时,材料的力学性能和阻燃性能最优.
