摘要
•Learning methodologies to develop soft skills such as decision making, team working and critical thinking beyond cognitive skills were important during the social distance term in COVID-19.•The Escape Zoom® is an effective teaching strategy, perceived with satisfaction by students as a form of learning with colleagues, in a ludic way.•This article provides a new option in teaching–learning strategies using on-line gamification to improve soft and cognitive learning experience.
