Abstract
•Boronate affinity material for the extraction of lactoferrin.•The preparation of B-doped TiO2 and pretreatment conditions were optimized.•B-doped TiO2 combined with the UHPLC-UV method used in different dairy products.•B-doped TiO2 showed high affinity (about 63.9 mg g−1) to lactoferrin.
