探索符合中医药特点的医保支付方式是医保促进中医药传承创新发展的重要内容.本文结合中医优势病种、中医编码、临床路径等付费基础,总结分析当前医保支付方式改革背景下中医按病种分值付费的经验做法,提出明晰中西医诊断编码的对应关系等建议,为推进中医医保支付方式改革提供参考.
