以多晶硅生产期间所使用的换热器工况为研究对象,该换热器属于立式的固定管板式,采取三氯氢硅作为管束的介质,循环冷却水作为管程介质.在换热器使用过程中,会由于焊接不牢固、内外压力与温度差异性等因素,影响其稳定运行状态.因此分析换热器的腐蚀情况,提出防腐措施对于化工作业的顺利实施有着十分重要的意义和作用.
