Abstract
肩周炎为中老年人常见病,多因反复发作时的局部疼痛而致肩部活动受限,严重影响患者的日常生活[1].现阶段,西医对本病的治疗主要应用抗炎、止痛药物,并配合以神经阻滞疗法、物理疗法、功能锻炼等,虽可使肩部疼痛在一定程度上得以缓解,但对肩关节功能的改善程度不够理想[2].
