Abstract
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一类具有共价闭合环状结构的内源性非编码RNA,不具有5'帽状结构和3'腺苷酸尾结构.由于其闭合环状结构对核酸外切酶具有较高的耐受性,circRNA不易被降解,因此,可稳定存在于真核生物细胞的细胞质中.1976年,circRNA首次被Sanger等[1]发现,最初认为是RNA错误剪接所产生的无功能产物.
