Abstract
利用S型曲线法测定了天然产物中12种香气物质的阈值,并通过测定香气二元混合物的阈值和香气强度,研究香气物质之间的加成/掩盖作用,又通过U模型构建香气强度预测模型,对总香气强度和各组分香气强度进行统计分析,为香精配方实际加香后的理论香气强度与效果做出准确预测.
