Blood Markers of Inflammation, Neurodegeneration, and Cardiovascular Risk in Early Parkinson's Disease.

We identified and validated possible PD plasma biomarker candidates for state, fate, and disease progression, elucidating new molecular processes with reduced endothelial/atherosclerotic processes, increased thromboembolic risk, and neuroinflammation.
