摘要
•Weekly heat variability (SD) exposure measures produced larger effects on birthweight and SGA than mean temperature and HI.•Weekly HI variability significantly associated with decreased birthweight for gestational weeks 10–29 and SGA for weeks 9–26.•Effects differed by sex, with stronger effects in males.•Homelessness during pregnancy impacts association between heat exposure and measures of gestational growth.
