Abstract
•The World Health Organization (WHO) ranks cancer as the world's most deadly disease.•Over the next two decades, the cancer burden will be almost 60%, placing additional pressure on health systems, individuals, and communities.•The Experimental FT-IR, UV-Vis Spectra was analyzed and suitable functional groups have been assigned•The DNA Binding Cellular Tumor Antigen P53 protein was used in Alkeran molecular docking investigations.•The molecular docking studies of Bicalutamide was executed with Human Androgen Receptor•Molecular docking studies Identified hydrogen and other bonds between the atomic locations of the cancer medications and the binding proteins.
