Abstract
With the randomness of charging electric vehicles (EV), it's more challenging to formulate effective and reasonable electric vehicle scheduling strategies. Due to the price advantage of the power grid, a master-slave game model is developed, in which the grid is the game subject and the electric vehicle is the game subordinate. The particle swarm algorithm is used to obtain the optimal time-of-use electricity price strategy and grid dispatching strategy. Furthermore, the simulation experiment is designed with MATLAB. It is proved that the proposed model has an optimizing effect on the load curve and can reduce the peak-valley difference.
