Abstract
For the current supply capacity assessment failed to adequately consider the impact of heating and cooling load comfort and virtual energy storage characteristics of buildings, a power supply capability evaluation method of distribution network based on flexible cooling and heating demand is proposed. First of all, combined with the influence of cooling and heating load resources on the reliability of power supply, a calculation method of terminal user reliability index considering cooling heating and electrical load is proposed; Secondly, based on the indoor air thermal equilibrium model and the building envelope thermal equilibrium model, a virtual energy storage model for cooling and heating loads is established. Thirdly, based on the sequential Monte Carlo reliability evaluation process, distribution network power supply capacity evaluation model and solution method based on differentiated reliability constraints are proposed. Finally, a numerical example is used to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method proposed in this paper.
