摘要

•Three new Schiff base (SB1, SB2 and SB3) derivatives are reported.•Detailed spectroscopic and theoretical investigations were carried out.•All compounds were tested for antimicrobial and antioxidant activity.•Compound SB3 show low MIC value, and enhanced radical scavenging activity on DPPH.•Molecular docking and pharmacokinetics studies support the experimental data.
