Abstract
The analysis of surveillance data over a 28-year period confirms that the vaccination strategy currently used in the Czech Republic, i.e., vaccination of young children and adolescents with a combination of MenB vaccine and quadrivalent conjugate ACWY vaccine, appears to be the most appropriate in the context of the long-term epidemiological situation of IMD in the CR.
