摘要

•Begomoviruses in tomato and Sida plants growing side by side were analyzed by HTS.•In tomato plants, ToSRV predominated but SiMMV was detected at very low levels.•In Sida, Sida-infecting viruses predominated but ToSRV was detected at low levels.•Results were consistent at two locations and two different years of collection.
